Celebrating 35 Years: Revitalizing the Home Office and Reinforcing PMI’s Future

This project is currently in the thick of things. However, we wanted to share the news with everyone. We’re excited to announce that our home office, located in South Portland, Maine, is currently undergoing a renovation! As we revitalize, we’re doing more than upgrading a building; we’re remaining true to our rooted mission while creating a space for the future.

What is expected in the renovation:

Our team has worked diligently to kick off the office makeover with a thorough clean out of the existing space. Outdated furniture, old equipment, and unused materials were carefully removed to create more room. This initial phase provided a fresh foundation for the exciting transformation ahead.

Alongside clearing the interior, several structural updates have been completed. This includes the removal of exterior brickwork and other aging fixtures.

A key focus of the renovation is enhancing energy efficiency and comfort. We are replacing all existing windows with new ones in hopes of eliminating leaks and reducing outside temperatures from seeping through.

Additionally, the older blinds, which had become worn over time, have been removed, contributing to a cleaner, more contemporary look.

In tandem with these structural improvements, we are planning an interior refresh. Along with fresh paint, we will be updating our decorative elements. Notably, we will be showcasing artwork created by our community and team members from the recent ARDI sponsored PMI Art Contest, framed and displayed proudly throughout the office.

We understand that construction can cause temporary disruptions for our home office employees as well as for the residents and prospects who visit. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Our team is working hard to minimize any inconvenience and to ensure day to day operations continue smoothly.
