Jennifer L. Boardman, Quality Assurance Manager of Preservation Management, Inc. has over 10 years experience in multifamily programs and regulations.
Most recently before joining PMI, Jennifer worked for the Maine State Housing Authorities Multifamily Asset Management Division as a Financial Officer, where she provided technical assistance and housing expertise to external partners regarding housing programs and regulations. Jennifer was also responsible for preparing financial reports and analyses regarding federal programs, along with reviewing financial information in budgets and auditing financial statements and other various reports. Jennifer was the primary point of contact for MaineHousing for inquiries from the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
Jennifer earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from the University of Maine at Augusta.
Kevin M. Connors, Human Resources Manager
Kevin M. Connors, Human Resources Manager of Preservation Management, Inc. has over 25 years experience in human resources, training, and organizational development.
Most recently before joining PMI, Kevin was Regional Human Resources Director for an international services firm with over 6,000 employees in New England.
Previously Kevin was the Director of Training & Development for a northeast regional services company with over 5,000 employees. In addition, Kevin has provided human resources consulting services to small commercial and human services companies.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science degree in Management from Lesley University. Kevin is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the American Society for Training & Development.
Daniel F. Drost, Director of Training and Development
Daniel F. Drost, Training Manager of Preservation Management, Inc. brings over 10 years of experience in affordable housing.
Most recently before joining PMI, Daniel was an Asset Operations Manager with the Maine State Housing Authority, where he was responsible for direct training to housing partners and providing housing program technical assistance to internal and external housing partners. Daniel also supervised the Asset Operations staff and was responsible for maintaining the Asset Management resources library and acted as the liaison between ManieHousing and the Resident Services community.
Prior to being the Asset Operations Manager, Daniel was the Asset Manager / Program Officer / Financial Officer for the Maine State Housing Authority.
Daniel earned a Certificate of Human Resources Management from the University of Maine. He is on the New England Resident Service Coordinators, Inc. Board of Directors, the Maine Resident Service Coordinators’ Association Board of Directors, a member of the Maine Chaper of the American Society for Training and Development, a member of the American Association of Service Coordinators and he is the Maine Real Estate Manager’s Association – Education Committee Chair. Daniel holds certification as a Fair Housing Coordinator from NAHMA.
